WHO ARE WE ?

LOUISE VERTIGO, FOUNDER OF LA VOIX ET LE SOUFFLE

Author, composer and performer, Louise Vertigo has been involved since 2004, in parallel with her career as a singer, in a research on the voice related to Asian energy disciplines.

Initially trained in Kinomichi, an art of movement derived from Aikido, she has been practicing meditation daily since 2003, before becoming, in 2010, the student of the Zen teacher Pierre Philippon from the international Sambo Zen school. She is also following a Chi Kong training with master Ke Wen at the Les Temps du corps school from which she graduated in 2011. Then from 2013 to 2016, a training of Chi kong, secret of the 5 animals of Wudang with the Taoist martial-arts master Yuan Li Min.

The mastery of these complementary disciplines contributes to the search for a synergy between breath, movement and voice. Based on a dual skill that encompasses vocal techniques and meditation, Louise Vertigo created the Voice and Breath approach, transmitting her knowledge through her artistic activity and training so that everyone can develop "their presence" and find inner resources.

His intention today is to bring a wide audience to an inner listening and personal ecology.

The pedagogy Voice and Breath adapts to different contexts: professional training, live performance and personal development.
