Certifying training eligible for the CPF – ref. RS 7189

COLLECTIVE SEMINAR + INDIVIDUAL OR TOTALLY INDIVIDUALIZED SESSIONS

Speaking up is an important issue for developing the professional efficiency of individuals in communication with others. It requires acquiring skills and relying on techniques based on voice and breathing control in order to obtain a clear, convincing, and engaging speech.

This training aims to strengthen his oratory impact, to lay the voice, to improve the quality of his vocal expression, to manage his stress and to increase his ability to interact and captivate an audience using vocal management techniques and respiratory control. Thus, the beneficiaries will be able to use their voice more effectively to convey messages with clarity and conviction, while adopting breathing techniques that support vocal expression and stage presence. They will thus have the ability to prepare and deliver impactful messages, maintain audience engagement, and navigate with ease in complex communication situations.

-   Perform public speaking by mobilizing abdominal breathing techniques under the diaphragm and an adjusted body posture (anchoring, fluid movement, alignment) to support the speech over time, without signs of discomfort (breathlessness, etc.) and audibly for all.
-   Develop your stage presence by communicating with energy, clarity and conviction the intention of the oral intervention, occupying the space and synchronizing the oratory techniques (relevance of words, tones, variations in rhythms and volumes) with non-verbal communication techniques (gestures, facial expressions, gaze) in order to maintain the audience’s attention throughout the intervention and establish its legitimacy as a speaker.
-   Strengthen audience engagement during public speaking through interactive dialogue encouraging active participation of audience members to energize the speech and maintain a connection with the audience.
-   Manage difficult situations during public speaking (stress, blush, inappropriate voices, blockage, resistance and opposition from the audience...) using controlled breathing techniques and adapted emotional management to maintain the assertiveness of the oratory speech and keep the audience’s cohesion.
